Abstract
In this paper knowledge of Science and technology is seen as transcending just the ability to recall, comprehend or even apply scientific and technological information to a limited functional purposes. Knowledge of science' and technology means being able to accumulate and organise scientific and technological information in a systematic and formal manner. It means fixing of meaning in a permanent, decontextualised forms, which allows for comparative interpretation, revision and transfer of scientific and technological knowledge. Also, it means objectification of the outcome of thinking, thus, leading to learning how to learn - the ultimate goal of education. Andragogical principle (or principles of sustained two-way communication between the facilitator and the learner, and among the learners) involve: setting a climate for learning; establishing a structure for mutual planning; diagnosing needs for learning :formulating direction (objectives) for learning, and designing a pattern for learning experiences.
