Abstract
The University system is an organization that has in its employment groups of people working towards the achievement of its stated goals and obj ectives. The University has been defined as an institution of higher learning providing facilities for Teaching, Research and Community Service. It has the authority to award academic degrees. We are made to understand that the word "university" is derived from the Latin word "universitas magistrorum et scholarium", which roughly means "community of teachers and scholars."
