Uterine anomalies are generally rare and are usually asymptomatic. When present, these anomalies are implicated incomplications such as recurrent miscarriages, preterm labor, malpresentation, intrauterine growth restriction, uterine rupture, and a variety of menstrual disturbances. We report a case of a pregnancy carried to term in a unicornuate uterus with an accessory horn, diagnosed intraoperatively during an emergency cesarean section with favorable outcome to the mother and baby.
