Youths comprise one third of Nigeria's population, therefore, their actions or inactions would always have impact on national development and sustainability. Involving them as stakeholders on issues such as decision making, implementation programmes and management acts as a catalyst for bringing positive change in the nation. Education is the key to development in every society, and the people involved in its management are equally very important. While outlining the importance of youths in national development, this paper looks at the extent of youth involvement in educational management in Delta State. The study was a survey, with Federal College of Education (Technical) Asaba, serving as the area of study. The population comprised all the students from the college, while a sample of 200 students (both male and female from al the departments) was purposively drawn from the final year students. A twenty- seven item questionnaire titled Youth Education Management Inventory (YEMI) was administered to these students to elicit information on the extent of their involvement in education management. The data obtained were analyzed using frequency and percentages. Findings indicate amongst others that though students are involved in some aspects of decision making, they are not involved in curriculum planning and its implementation. Among the recommendations is that students' representatives should be involved when curricula issue are discussed/planned and their opinions taken into consideration.en_US
