dc.description.abstract | This paper discusses some of the fundamental legal issues relating to the current attempt to reform the budget process in Nigeria. the focus is on the federal budget process for obvious reasons. the federal budget is the major driver of the country's economy because of the huge revenue available to the federal government and also the most controversial because of multi-part nature of the national Assembly government. The problem is even worse at the state and local government levels. | en_US |
