| dc.description.abstract | This study was carried out to examine the effect of Group Counselling on the Time Management of Principals and Vice Principals in Secondary Schools in Lagos State. Fifty-four Principals and 50 Vice Principals attending a conference formed the subject of the study. They were given Group counselling on effective time management during the conference. Analysis of the data collected from the pre-test and post-test mean comparison of their mean scores on Time management Questionnaires showed a significant difference in favour of those exposed to Group counselling. Some recommendations were made. | en_US |
