dc.description.abstract | The quality of education at any level is dependent on the quality and commitment of the Teacher. According to the national policy on Education (1981:38). revised) No education system can rise above the quality of its teachers. It is the teacher who is engaged in interactive behaviour with the pupils, effecting cognitive, affective and psycho motor changes in them. The teacher's personality behaviour and attitude cast too important an impression on the Child's mind. | en_US |
