dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out to examine the need for professional Counsellors' intervention and involvement in awareness creation concerning the development of innovation to solve energy challenges. The sample for the study included 460 (299 female, 161 male) professional Counsellors who attended the annual national conference of the Counselling Association of Nigeria. All the participants attended the Workshop on sustainable Energy based the Society of Engineers Project tagged Energy4Me. All the participants 100% reported that they benefited from the awareness programme. No significant difference due to gender was recorded.en_US
