dc.description.abstract | The study investigated the implication of adopted lifestyles on health problems suffered by commercial drivers and proferred possible solutions. The descriptive research method was adopted for the study; a total of two hundred (200) participants were selected through a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a self-developed and validated questionnaire named Adopted Lifestyle Health Questionnaire (ALHQ) with 0.78 reliability index. The findings revealed that smoking habits and alcohol habits influenced health problems suffered by commercial drivers. | |
