dc.description.abstractThis study primarily examined the int1uence of teachers' and chool . related factors effective clas room management in the world of climate change. In order ro ~ omplish this. four research hypotheses were postulated and tested in the study. one hundred junior and senior secondary school teachers carefully selected throughn om sampling constituted the sample for the study. A researchers-developed and ared Likert type questionnaire erved as the instrument for data collection. The collected were analysed using Pearsons Product Moment Correlation tatistical and tested at 0.05 level of significance. The findings of the study showed _ ificant relationships between teachers' and schools' related factors and effective ssroorn management. It is therefore recommended among others that seminars on . iry building and refresher courses should be organised for teachers periodically enhance their professional competence.en_US
