dc.description.abstract | Educational technology is the study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by creating, using, and managing appropriate technological processes and resources (Allcn, 2008). It is the effective use of technological tools in learning. It is concerned with varieties of tools such as media and networking hardware including theoretical perception with effective application. Educational technology is made up of various types of media that convey message, audio, images. animation, and streaming video. It also involves technology applications and processes such as audio or video tape, satellite TV,CD-ROM, and computer-based learning. | en_US |
