dc.description.abstract | Science is that area of human endeavour which tries to organize and understand the connections among natural phenomena. Science is concerned only with natural phenomena, with things and processes that are subject to observation, measurement and experimentation. Science can be distinguished from other disciplines on the basis of its combined theoretical and empirical approach, which is usually called the scientific method. The paper will review scientific approach in solving problems related to criminal justice. This paper will explore relevance of forensic science and criminal investigations to justice administration. It will further identify challenges and problems and proffer solutions to them. | en_US |
