dc.description.abstract | This book chapter examined the concept of mental health and psychological well-being. The scale of the problem among students in Universities in Nigeria and some other countries across the world is outlined. Innovations introduced to improve mental health and psychological well-being of students in higher institutions across the world before the COVID-19 are also examined. Suggestions are made as to how students with mental health problems can access help and how psychological wellbeing of students can be improved, especially during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. | en_US |
