The study findings suggest that in order to engender quality technical teacher preparation.monitoring of educational expenditure should be carried out to check any incidence of fraud and wastage of scarce resources; training and retaining of teachers of technology should be carried out in order to keep abreast with content, method and materials used for the teaching of basic technology.
