dc.description.abstractThe study examined the influence of managing sports organsation with pre-stated objectives and feedback on MBO theory on job performance of personnel in selected spprts organisations in Lagios State. The descriptive survey research method was adopted for this study. The population of this study comprised all personnel in sports organisation in Lagos State. 250 personnel from three sports organisation formed the sample for the study. The study found that feedback by MBO theory and managing with pre-stated objectives will have significant influence on the performances of personnel in selected sports organisation in Lagos State.
