This study was carried out to investigate the association between androgyny and adjustment based on Rogerian Self-Theory. A sample of 240 undergraduate students (150) males and 90 females) responded to Bem's sex role inventory (BSRI) to describe their concepts of their real self. This same group,s personal adjustment was measured using the revised Bell's Adjustment inventory. The result showed statistically significant between male and female subjects Real self means. These results were discussed in relation to Rogerian self theory. The implications for counselling were discussed.en_US
