Abstract
The study focused on the interaction effect of sexuality education programme and gender interaction on sexual behaviour of teenagers in Lagos State Schools. The sample population covered a total of 120 respondents selected through simple random sampling from two coeducational Lagos State Senior Secondary Schools in District II. The two schools were assigned into sexuality education programme group and the control group. Adapted and validated sexuality education questionnaire (r=.85) and self-developed sexuality education manual were the two instruments for the research. Two research hypotheses guided the study which were tested at 0.05 level of significance. The data collected was analysed using descriptive statistics of mean and inferential statistics of analysis of covariance. One research hypotheses was rejected while one was upheld. The study established that sexuality education had significant effect on sexual behaviour of secondary school teenagers. The result also indicated that there is no significant interaction effect of sexuality education and gender on sexual behaviour of secondary school teenagers. The study concluded that sexuality education programme is very effective in bringing about positive sexual behaviour among secondary school teenagers. Sexuality education programmes should be designed and executed to benefit every secondary school teenager
