dc.description.abstract | This article is intended to help promote the use of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) strategy as a way to reinvent the Nigerian public enterprises and their management, which over the years have been faced with the problems of high public budget deficits and weak economic growth. This paper draws out the key findings of existing literature re/a ling to the potential advantages of PPP, the pitfalls and risks involved ill its implementation and how these can be minimized ill order to help ensure that the PPP strategies successfully meet its objectives. Among other things, the paper recommends that the Nigerian government should put ill place all enabling environment/or private sector participation in the provision and development of infrastructure to occur. | en_US |
