dc.description.abstractWe introduce the concepts of quadruple best proximity point and Q-cyclic contraction pair and prove the existence and convergence of quadruple best proximity points in abstract metric spaces. The results are extension of known results in coupled and tripled best proximity points in literature. Examples are given to illustrate our main result.en_US
