dc.description.abstractThis study investigated the level of effectiveness and appropriateness of the Competence Model of conflict communication in managing conflict among Nigerian Undergraduate Students. The participants were one hundred in number (50 male and 50 female participants) chosen from two hostels in University of Lagos. Five research hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. The results showed that only two of the five hypotheses were accepted while the remaining three were rejected. The results were discussed and suggestion made for further study.en_US
