dc.description.abstractThe specific learning processes that would prepare counsellor-educators for the roles they have to play as professionals; the changing roles that might emerge as they practice and how they will fit into these roles and all the requirements they must fulfil to fit into the changes that take place daily in the world of work. Recommendations include exposure of cousellor-educators to additional skills and competencies to handle situations or changes taking place across the world and educating the public on the counselling profession as one that can only be performed by experts.en_US
