dc.description.abstractThe study examined the seriousness of work-related stress especially among Teachers in Lagos state. Teaching and Non-teaching staff working in the schools were compared regarding their stress levels. There were 74 in each group, making a total of 148 participants. The result showed significantly higher level of stress among Teachers compared to the Non-teaching staff. However, no significant difference was recorded between male and female Teachers regarding their stress levesl. Implications for the psychological health of Teachers were discussed.en_US
