dc.description.abstractRecurrent nephrocalcinosis and urinary tract calculi secondary to parathyroid adenoma is rarely identified and documented in the developing countries. Inadequate evaluation can lead to a missed diagnosis and unfavourable outcomes. We report a case of a 27-year-old Nigerian man who presented with recurrent unexplained urinary tract calculi.en_US
