| dc.description.abstract | An unusual presentation of primary palatal pleomorphic adenoma in a 30-year-old Nigerian woman, extending through the parapharyngeal space to the submandibular space, simulating concurrent primary lesions from both the palate and submandibular gland lesion is presented.
