Abstract
This book explored in an instructive manner the fundamental managerial skills and leadership behaviour. It also dwelled upon institutions as corporate entities with basic structures and systemic components. It is an enormous task to start up role and relationship harmonisation as basic organisational behaviour, but it is yet a more demanding assignment to strategically manage people at work. The book also covered those necessary skills for strategic administrative competencies.
