Performance related fitness variables measured include body weight, running speed, agility, and balance and leg power of subjects. The venue for the administration of test was rehabilitation camp and the open field besides it. Subjects were measured before and after the structured exercise programme. The hypothesis tested were: there will be no significant change in the body weight, running speed, ability to balance, agility and leg power of the subjects. Mean, standard deviation and range were the descriptive statistics used, while one way analysis of variance was used to test the significance of any differences in the pre-test and post-test values which was set as p > 0.5 level of significance. Result showed that structured exercise programme positively influenced perform related fitness variables of subjects except body weight which recorded no significant difference.
