Abstract
In my first book on Sports Administration and Management titled "Modem Trends in Sports Administration and management", I tried as much as possible to x-ray some of the
basic principles, theories, techniques and concepts of sports as it relates to leadership principles. Leadership theories, Administrative process and Administrative functions with a view to effect a balance between Administrative principle and Management theories as it relates to Effective Sports Administration and Management globally, but not much was done on the real dynamics and workings or applicability of those identified theories and principles to get the best out of sports by sports managers and sports administrators in general.
