dc.description.abstractThis paper is designed to provide counsellors with an understanding of the effective application of computer technology in the provision of career, educational, rehabilitative and psychological health services. Particular emphasis is placed on the examination of theory and practice associated with the use of computer technology in service delivery. In addition to gaining competencies that relate to the broad areas described above, counsellors are encouraged to develop competencies that relate to their specific career goals.en_US
