Abstract
The aim of this research is to find a statistical model for combining JAMB and Post-JAMB scores. The problem arises from the ad hoc manner in which most universities combine the two scores for admission purposes. Our model achieves a combined score using a most statistically efficient technique. We recommend it to the universities.
