Gender inequity and inherent discriminations against Career Women is brought about by institutionalised bias associated with the socialisation process which helps the child (male or female) to take a stand concerning roll expectations. Data were collected using unstructure questions that allowed 124 male and female professionals respond as they freely could. Simple percentages were assigned to merge opinions. It was discovered that there is a need to start from the basic training, (from the cradle) to orientate female children towards any role or work which they have talents and potential for.
