dc.description.abstractThis study examined the efficacy of Reality Therapy as a technique of stress management among Nigerian married women. The sample was made of 116 married women working at the Federal Secretariat. Half of this number constituted the experimental group while the remaining half formed the control group. A pretest post test experimental design was utilised marital Stress Inventory (MSI) was used as research Instrument. Two null Hypotheses were tested and the result showed that there was a significant difference in the pre-test and post-test scores of married women exposed to Reality Therapy. Significant difference was also found in the post - test scores of the experimental group compared to the control group. Reality Therapy was recommended for use in counselling married women who have marital stressen_US
