Based on the findings, it was recommended that TETFuncl shoulcl increase allocations given to institutions; that TETFund should set up detached monitoring devices to put management of institutions in check, and to conduct routine checks on prOjects awarded; that TETFund should ensure prompt release of allocations to enhance proper disbursement of funds to beneficiaries; and that TETFund should be decentralized which will help in reducing the bureaucracies around the fund. | en_US |
