dc.description.abstractMadam Vice Chancellor, it is a Great Privilege for me to stand before this Gathering on this day, October 2nd, 2024, to Deliver an Inaugural Lecture. The Rite of an Inaugural Lecture is a Cherished Tradition in Academia, Representing a Significance Occasion in the Career of a Faculty Member who has just been Elevated to a full Chair or has Risen to that Position in a University or Institution of Comparable Standing. It Signifies the Start of a New Era in the Academic Journey of the Lecturer, but not the end of it. This Event allows Individuals to share their Achievements and Showcase the Impact of their Research, Teaching, Innovation, and Societal Engagement. In Essence, any Inaugural Lecture' Involves three Stakeholders with Varying yet Reinforcing Relevance for Consolidating the Frontiers of Academic Exploration for Societal Development. Thus, the Lecture must Navigate and Speak to these Interests in order to Contribute to the Tradition of Quality and Impact.
