dc.description.abstract | This paper discusses the various access points and their uses as identified in chapter 21 of the AACR2. User search types and patterns at the University of Lagos Library catalogue is investigated and discussed, while problems encountered by users are also enumerated and discussed. Limitation of the manual public catalogue is revealed while the advantages of the on -line public catalogue over the former is highlighted. Some recommendations are made based on the findings of the study. | en_US |
