Abstract
Many of the health challenges people face today are different from those of old generations. Advantes in technology and opening of many eateries have today made the health of young people and the adults to become critically linked to health-related behaviours. Physical, health education and sports being the main sources of averting these health problems is deficient based on the curriculum content on ground. As a result of this the authors aim at informing on thee importance of designing and standardizing physical, health education and sports curriculum to meet the millennium development goals. rational for the designing of physical, health education and sports curriculum content to meet the millennium development goals. Recommendations that will aid the designing and standardizing of physical, health education and sports were made in order to meet the millennium development goals. Reasonable conclusions were drawn based on _ the information gathered.
