Benign fibrous histiocytoma (BFH) is a rare skeletal tumour. Its occurrence in the metacarpal bones is even rarer. The management in this location can be challenging, involving tumour resection and metacarpal reconstruction. The authors present a case of BFH involving the second metacarpal bone.en_US
