Abstract
The paper investigates information needs and information seeking behaviours of janitorial workers in the University of Lagos. The paper defined janitorial workers, their characteristics, historical background as well as the benefits of unskilled labour to the characteristics, historical background as well as the benefits of unskilled labour to the achievements of organizational objectives.
