Abstract
In any organization or institutions of learning, several individuals perform the same job with diverse levels ofIntensity regardless of hierarchical levels from a clerk, alesman, sports manager's sports teachers, coaches or physical education teachers; one tends to ask what factors make these differences happen at different level of performance. Sports coaches or physical education teachers' performances may depends on their degree of job satisfaction, which is a function of many variable, but, to attain satisfactory organizational goals, and satisfactory job performance, a particular sports teacher may become frustrated as his performance dampened due to many factors like; inadequate remuneration, lack of advancement opportunity, poor innovative, poor recognition for excellent service or inadequate working material and equipments these Prolonged frustration, may lead to vices like; lateness to work, poor output, malpractices and disputes or insubordination
