Abstract
The Paper discusses good interpersonal relationship in an orgaization, which is specifically the Staff School, University of Lagos. In an organized structure, there are parts which must be arranged with each pafi
having its specific role to perform in respect of the whole.
A,tree can not make a forest, so it is important within the school system, that the
principals the Vice Principals, the Head of various Departments, the Form Masters the
subject Teachers, the Guidance Counsellors, the school Bursar, the School Nurse,
matron, the Typists/secretaries, the cleaner, the Messengers' the Gate-men, the
Gardeners etc. must have good inter-personal relationships among themselves. For
progress to be made and for the enhancement of effectiveness, the pivotal point is
cooperation. This is because united we stand
