Abstract
Chloroquine has been reported to affect male reproductive capacity. As these reports have been very elusive in both qualitative and quantitative determination of reproductive toxicities, experiments were undertaken to develop a model which could be used to study these effects and efforts made to design a battery of tests for efficient evaluation of the effect of reproductive toxins on testicular morphology.
