dc.description.abstractIn Nigeria today, there are many adult workers who are not satisfied and fulfilled with the job they do presently and are looking for another job to be fulfilled, upgrade and/or to be self employed. They therefore need training/retraining before they can be empowered to get either another job or to be self-employed. Thus this study is conceived to examine how workers make use of open distance learning in fulfiling their quest for self-actualisation.
