dc.description.abstract | In Nigeria today, there are many adult workers who are not satisfied and fulfilled with the job they do presently and are looking for another job to be fulfilled, upgrade and/or to be self employed. They therefore need training/retraining before they can be empowered to get either another job or to be self-employed. Thus this study is conceived to examine how workers make use of open distance learning in fulfiling their quest for self-actualisation. | |
