Abstract
Improving all aspects of quality education and ensuring excellence of all so that recognized and measuring learning outcomes are achieved by all especially in literacy, numeracy and essential life skills is one of the six goals of Education for All (EFA). Thus, this study was conduced to analyse participants' perception of the literacy programme of the University of Lagos.
