Abstract
This book presented the concept of family education from a broad perspective. It covered family systems and structures, parenting issues, child health, child development, nutrition, fitness for the whole family, and family interrelationships. Also aspects of social and emotional issues such children discipline. Communication, teaching good behaviour, and building a child’s self- esteem are embedded as part of functions of family. The book has a total of fourteen (14) units, grouped into three (3) modules.
