The data collected and collated were used to develop a descriptive statistic of simple percentage, mean, standard deviation in presenting the data collected. The inferential statistics of one-way analysis of variance were used in testing the hypotheses at 0.05 significant level. The scheffe test procedure was used in ascertaining the difference between all pairs of means. The findings obtained showed that autocratic leadership behaviour influenced workers goal accomplishment in small and large private, small and large public sports organisation. It further showed that democratic and laisser-faire leadership behaviour influenced goals accomplishment of workers in private and public small and large sports organisation, although there exists difference in the influence of leadership, behaviour on worker’s goal accomplishment among the sports organisations. It was recommended that leaders should adopt the leadership behaviour that will enhance workers goal accomplishment. There is no ideal leadership behaviour, therefore workers should learn to adjust favourable to many leaderships behaviours as as exhibited by leaders in sports organisation.
