Abstract
The continued concern of population experts about the almost alarming rate of growth of Nigeria's population and its effect on the quality of life of Nigerians, calls for immediate attention, to be directed towards measures for sustaining security of life and good standard of living now and in in the future. It was in realization of the above that population Education Project was commissioned and introduced into the Secondary School Programme in Nigeria.
