Abstract
The paper examined the Human Kinetics and Health Education curriculum and identified the objectives of General education, Human kinetics and Health education as recipe for sustainable development of students. It explained the contribution of the objectives of self realization, human relationship, economic efficiency and civic responsibility, development of organic power, neuromuscular skill, desirable personal-social attitude and intellectual awareness towards sustainable development of students. The contributions of the community, international sports, field trips, "pool model" towards the actualization of sustainable development were highlighted. It identified career opportunities apart from teaching available to students. It concludes that Human Kinetics and Health Education curriculum enhances sustainable development of students physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and morally through the impact of the objectives of Human Kinetics and Health Education
